2007 completed a 200-hour yoga Teacher Training.

2011, completed a 500-hour yoga Teacher Training.

Present, Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher 500 hour as a beyogajapan senior teacher of ISHTA YOGA in Japan.

‘ISHTA YOGA’

The word ISHTA has a two-fold definition. In Sanskrit, it means individual, suggesting the development of a personal yoga practice.

ISHTA also stands for the Integrated Sciences of Hatha (the physical practice of yoga that creates balance), Tantra (the yogic philosophy that recognizes the perfection in all beings) and Ayurveda (the Indian science of healing).

ISHTA style of yoga, as created by Alan and his father Mani Finger. Alan’s passion for sharing yoga led him to the United States, first to Los Angeles where he founded Yoga Works, and then to New York City where he created Be Yoga, now part of the Yoga Works family. Be Yoga Japan was established by Kumiko Mack in 2001 with Alan’s blessing.

Born and raised in IIYAMA NAGANO JAPAN, a beautiful countryside where she started her own yoga studio. Saki has a BA of Economics from Nihon university. Ever since she started teaching yoga in 2007, group classes at studio and outdoor yoga have been great ways to connect our minds to our bodies and become popular in NAGANO.

As a beyogajapan ISHTA YOGA Senior teacher, teaching a 200/500 hours teacher training and group classes in TOKYO as well.
